Quality Systems Coordinator - Hartbeesfontein at Country Bird Holdings Ltd (CBH)

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12
• Job related degree or diploma will be advantageous.
• Relevant experience
• Advance Computer literary required (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and good e-mail ethics)
• Excellent communication skills
• Good organization skills
• Good planning and management skills
• Detail orientated
• Good problem-solving skills

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain the Quality Control Program.
• Maintain a high level of hygiene through the processing plant.
• Report workers not adhering to the required standard.
• Carry out instructions given by management regarding quality and hygiene.
• Ensure compliance to the quality and food safety systems guideline.
• Conduct weekly plant inspection and compiling reports thereof for different department.
• Recording, printing, investigating, and trending customer complaints.
• Trending of KPI’s daily.
• Conduct weekly product presentations.
• Compiling of reports & emailing to relevant departments.
• Internal audits – schedule, issue, trend and ensure corrective actions are closed out and complete.
• Able to work overtime when required.
• Review and email of product presentation.
• Documents review & amendments.
• Keeping the HAS file up to date with the latest document revisions.
• Ensuring quarterly probe vs infrared calibration is done and trended.
• Following up and trending corrective actions.
• Assist with product trails, changes, and customer requirements.
• Calibrations – twice a year
• Reporting all out of specification situations to the quality manager
