    Senior Data Analyst: Performance Marketing

    Minimum Requirements

    • Bachelor's or advanced degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science).
    • Proven experience (8-10 years) in data analysis, preferably within a performance marketing or digital advertising environment.
    • Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, Python).
    • Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
    • Excellent communication skills to present complex findings in a clear and actionable manner.
    • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Analyse large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends related to performance marketing metrics, including ROI, customer acquisition, and conversion rates.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to cross-functional teams.
    • Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing campaigns, providing actionable recommendations for optimization and efficiency improvement.
    • Collaborate to define and track relevant metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals.
    • Utilize statistical methods and predictive modelling to identify opportunities and risks within marketing strategies.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, data analytics tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve analytical methodologies.
    • Work closely with data engineering teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and availability for analysis.
