Shift Manager - Mahikeng at Country Bird Holdings Ltd (CBH)

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12
• At least 5 to 10 years relevant management and processing experience
• Qualified poultry meat inspector (PMI) and poultry meat examiner (PME).
• A management course / qualification, such as MDP/ FMP will be to the advantage of such a candidate.
• Excellent administration skills
• Computer literacy in Excel and Word

Duties and Responsibilities

• Total management and control of the processing department.
• Establishing of general sound working relationships
• Ensure quality of slaughtered product
• General housekeeping
• Managing of Key Result Area’s and – Indicators
• Enforce good manufacturing process standards (GMP)
• Human resources management including managing discipline at the workplace.
• Work and form part of the Mafikeng Production Management Team
• Maintaining HACCP documentation
• Applying of HACCP and ISO2200 principles
• Compiling of reports
