    Stock Controller - Sandton Day Hospital

    CRITICAL OUTPUTS

    • Ordering and receiving stock
    • Actively maintain stock management processes
    • Participate in monthly stock cycle counts
    • Security and Quality Control
    • Stock storage and packing according to policy
    • Regularly check that all stock is bar coded
    • Ensure integrity of data and that regular price updates acquired is in line with protocol

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Grade 12 essential
    • Enrolled Nurse / Enrolled Nursing Auxiliary qualification will be an advantage
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Stock Controller in a hospital environment
    • Computer literacy (MS Office, AS400)
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Knowledge of hospital procedures and medical terminology will be an advantage
