    Head TCIB - (572)

    Your key responsibilities include:

    Scheme Assurance

    • Oversee and ensure TCIB scheme growth are realised.
    • Oversee and ensure overall health and Scheme compliance and regulatory alignment

    Product Strategy and Lifecycle Management

    • Ensure sustainability and growth in profitability of any new and existing scheme product offerings to market.
    • Develop product strategies to maximize revenue generation and market competitiveness.
    • Oversee and ensure new enhancements to the existing line to ensure products/services create value to the customer 
    • Ensure smooth and well defined cross-functional collaboration among various departments, such as marketing, engineering, sales, and customer support, to ensure alignment and successful execution of product strategies
    • Oversee and ensure excellent operational delivery and client service for all the products within the TCIB business 
    • Ensure the product strategies align with market drivers and support a customer focused approach 
    • Ensure customers receive a superior business/product service experience by structuring and setting up the appropriate practices and procedures
    • Enact final point of accountability for Change evaluation and approval for the product line
    • Ensure Disaster Recovery and BCP programmes and practices are maintained and tested successfully
    • Ensure new product stabilisation programmes are well developed and implemented to mitigate risks
    • Ensure adequate and approved exit programmes for any of the product or service

    Customer Strategy and Lifecycle Management

    • Drive and oversee new business development and sales to identify, cultivate, and capitalize on opportunities for market and customer growth and expansion.
    • Oversee customer management to effectively identify, acquire, serve, and retain customers while delivering exceptional experiences throughout their journey. 
    • In order to build long-lasting relationships, enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, drive revenue growth, and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
    • Oversee strategies that will build and maintain a strong brand identity while effectively reaching and engaging target market audiences.
    • Pursue the development of strategic partnerships, relationships and alliances
    • Promote a customer oriented focus, advocating intimate client relationships, and obtain relevant customer insights, translated into value-bearing opportunities

    QUALIFICATIONS / KNOWLEDGE

    • Appropriate tertiary qualification
    • Ability to conceptualise a business case
    • Have a firm understanding of market and industry dynamics,
    • Ability to maintain relationships with other powerful industry and business professionals who are directly involved with the business
    • Partnering/influencing skills

    EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in related field
    • Proven leadership skills as a senior executive leading a company or major division of an organization
    • Experience in people management, strategic planning, budgeting, and risk mitigation.
    • Broad and comprehensive knowledge of all matters related to the business of the organization with an eye towards identifying, qualifying new opportunities, driving business growth

    Delivery Lead - (573)

    Your key responsibilities include:

    • Manage “portfolio” budgets and costs relevant to the department/area. “Portfolio” in this context refers to a specific business area like IT, Customer, Product, or Shared Services.
    • Build capability and future talent within the area and related to requirements in the respective Portfolio.
    • Coach managers and technical specialists.
    • Manage relevant stakeholders.
    • Responsible for risk and compliance management as related to projects in the portfolio.
    • 1-year departmental plans translated into quarterly targets.
    • Manage delivery relationships and alignment with stakeholder expectations.
    • Ensuring required compliance with EPMO standards, Enterprise Risk, and Internal Audit.
    • Governance and assurance alignment within the EPMO.
    • Manage the terms of engagement and service level expectations with the respective Portfolio management and EPMO team.
    • Alignment of deliverables and implementation expectations.
    • Strategic portfolio planning and implementation feedback.
    • Alignment of delivery with strategic objectives.
    • Contribute to the development of processes and procedures and reporting.
    • Provide guidance in terms of methodology and ways of work. 
    • Assisting in the resolution of escalated issues and driving appropriate corrective actions.
    • Ensuring there is allocation of required resources and skills across projects and programmes in the assigned area.
    • Managing stakeholder relationships including communications with stakeholders.
    • Managing both the dependencies and the interfaces between projects and programmes.
    • Managing consolidated risks to ensure successful outcomes.
    • Providing input into Change Navigation and Benefits Management plans.  
    • Providing consolidated reporting on the overall progress of projects and programmes at regular intervals.
    • Anticipating and managing issues, initiating management interventions as required.
    • Influencing the team and leveraging lessons learnt from past experiences.
    • Oversee the management of projects/programmes as needed.

    QUALIFICATIONS / KNOWLEDGE

    • Bachelor degree with honours or equivalent Post Graduate Degree - preferred
    • PfMP certification (preferrable)
    • PMP certification
    • Required computer literacy levels in the MS Office suite and applicable Programme Management Applications

    EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum 8 years’ experience in Project Management and allied disciplines 
    • Experience in Payments and Banking industry will be an advantage
    • Experience in budget management. 
    • Experience in facilitating meetings and consultations with internal and external stakeholders at various levels.

    BI Analyst - (570)

    You will engage with the following stakeholders:

    • CRM, Product owners
    • Data Warehousing Technical production teams
    • Internal clients such as executive management, finance, HR etc.
    • Bank clients and regulators
    • Service providers & vendors
    • Internal development teams
    • Data Management project teams

    Your key responsibilities include:

    • Gather requirements from internal and external stakeholders to ensure valuable analytics solutions are delivered
    • Design and develop new BankservAfrica Cognition analytics products and services
    • Maintain all analytics dashboards and solutions to ensure SLA’s are met
    • Document requirements, processes and procedures for current and new solutions
    • Conduct extensive testing on new and existing solutions to ensure quality and accuracy of BI delivered
    • Ensure that new projects are kept on track and do not deviate from initial project scope
    • Consistently communicate progress to customers and ensure proper change control, error and incident management processes are followed
    • Provide insights and training on analytics solutions to external and internal stakeholders

    Qualifications / Knowledge

    • Appropriate Degree or Diploma in computer science, informatics or similar
    • Ms Office experience
    • Banking, payment and card knowledge advantageous
    • NPrinting experience required 

    Experience

    • 6 to 8 years experience in related field
    • Minimum 3 years BI design and development experience on large data sets required
    • QlikView / Qlik Sense experience required
    • Practical experience with various DBMSs and BI tools required
    • Business analysis experience advantageous
    • Experience in payments / banking industry
