    New Business Development Consultant

    Job Description

    Permanent sales executive - sole focus is on new business development on a national basis with a strong focus on the Gauteng region.

    For example, right now we are searching for a hunter. Someone who will help us grow the business at the rapid rate we aim to.

    What we are looking for:

    • An individual that is driven, ambitious and hungry to succeed in life
    • An individual that has a keen interest in business as a whole
    • An individual that loves everything about sales not just the "close"
    • An individual that can communicate on a C-level executive basis as Prosirius is a B2B company and 99% of the time deals with these type of executives.
    • An individual that shows stamina in the way they do business and are not afraid of the "NO"
    • An individual that is a TEAM player and that likes to have FUN
    • An individual that has respect for others
    • An individual that wants to earn a lot of money with a WIN attitude
    • An individual that wants to grow within the company
    • An individual that is willing to make "cold calls" every day in order for them to get the deals that will result in their success
    • An individual that will sell the problem they solve and not just the product ie: "Solution Selling"
    • An individual with some technical knowledge and embraces technology
    • Experience in the AV / VC industry is advantageous.
    • Must have own car & Valid Drivers License

    Most important, this person will be responsible for uncovering and create new business opportunities through independent prospecting. Must know how to negotiate and close deals under pressure and influence at all levels. Must be able to take responsibility, troubleshoot problems and work with teams to get results.
