Junior Sales Manager at Zone Fitness Clubs

Job description

We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our sales manager in training program

• Minimum Grade 12, but relevant qualification would be an advantage
• Own, reliable transport is essential
• At least 3- 5 years working experience in sales (preferably in the Fitness industry)
• Must be a competent PC end user in MS Office
• Strong sales or marketing background
• Presentable, outgoing with a strong people orientation
• Strong oral communication and presentation skill essential
• Must be able to recruit, train, motivate and manage the sales team, in the pursuit of the their set goals and annual budget
• Tenacity, in order to start a project and follow through until all possible avenues have been explored
• Ability to develop and utilise initiative, in order to achieve objectives and goals
• Goal orientated, self starter individual is essential in order to achieve objectives and fulfil performance requirements of the position
