Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and reliable hospitality professional to lead our front of house and kitchen team at our De Waterkant headquarters, V&A Waterfront stand and various markets across Cape Town. The candidate, while maintaining a daily presence on our café floor as manager, should also be able to implement and execute sound standard operating procedures, establish service protocols and assessments, implement budgeting and costing for the café, participate in menu development together with senior management, develop Origin’s retail offering within the various hospitality sites, as well as all other duties associated with management of the Origin café.
