    Customer Care Manager - B2C

    Job description

    Requirements:

    • Marketing Degree and 5 years managerial experience with a solid background in sales, marketing or market research. Excellent understanding of supply chain, COD and operations and well versed in fast scale up markets and a background in customer care and service operations is required
    • Skills must include - entrepreurship, powerful communciation; negotiatation and results driven.
