    Requirements

    • Responsible for developing, management and execution of BBBEE Skills Development strategies by focusing on the legislative reporting and representing the business on BBBEE Skills Development activities on various industry bodies, forums and management of implemention of Learnerships, Apprenticeships and other industry related program
    • Management of Workplace Skills Plan (WSP)
    • BBBEE Skills Development Representation
    • Skills Programmes Management
    • Skills Development Committee Co-ordination
