Requirements

• FX experience isn’t necessary however Individuals must have at least 5 years’ experience in business development and a passion for sales/lead generation. This is a pure B2B sales role with a focus on winning brand-new business. You will be sourcing SME’s that have exposure to international payments and foreign exchange services. (Importers, Exporters, Manufacturers, Distributors)
• You must have experience cold calling and setting up client appointments. This will play a major part in your role for the early stages of your career while you build a sustainable client base.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills are essential for the role. We are looking for a people who can identify opportunities, open doors, negotiate and close the deal.
• You must be highly ambitious. A self-starter who is easily motivated and capable of working autonomously. Full guidance, support and training will be provided but you must be able to take direction and apply it on your own.
• We are looking for confident, outgoing individuals who can attend client meetings and are comfortable pitching face to face. You must be able to build and manage relationships with key accounts and Financial Directors across a range of different companies.
• The FX market moves every second, as the price changes so will the value of our client’s payments. You’ll need to regularly update yourself with global news and economic data and be comfortable discussing market views and FX products.
• This business is all about numbers. You must be able to build and maintain a solid pipeline of opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
• We’re particularly interested in individuals who have strong admin skills.
• You’ll need to be punctual, presentable and professional at all times.
• If you can master the role, we’ll give you the opportunity to build and manage your own sales team.
• Preference will be given to individuals who can demonstrate a strong background and track record for selling. We will only consider candidates who have at least 5 years of direct sales experience.
