Core description:

Responsible to manage all Programmes/ Projects related to the successful implementation of ISP technology platforms, product/ service deployment. Management of service delivery SLA and OLA, management of deployment, maintenance, support and all ISP services. Gate keeper of production environment ensuring system stability. To act as the primary point of contact for the ISP services. Also responsible for the programme management of the ISP projects to achieve the defined project objectives within the constraints of time, budget and performance.

Qualifications

Relevant degree/ diploma (NQF level 6), preferably in IT/ Engineering. Post graduate business qualification would be an advantage.

Experience:

7 Years relevant experience, of which at least 2 years on Management level.

Special Requirements:

• Telecoms/ ISP industry experience (Preferable).
• Strong experience in Support activities, Incident Tracking, Team support.
• Must have good Knowledge in Operational Leadership and Process leadership.
• Experience in Delivering service that meets SLAs and achieves high level of customer satisfaction.
• Must be able to achieve customer's productivity improvements.
• Should be able to collaborate across the Enterprise (Cross functional seamless execution) and (Developing strong relationships with customers and internal teams).
