Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow DELL EMC business in the South African/Nigerian video surveillance market
• Develop strong relationships with major CCTV system integrators
• Manage the relationships with major CCTV consultants and MEP contractors
• Work with all DELL EMC account managers to have a solid relationship with the Physical Security officers within all the named accounts
• Influences customers and defuses potential problems.
• Anticipates customer needs and identifies appropriate alternatives and solutions.
• Maintains a complete knowledge of DELL EMC products, policies, services; may have specialized training within product and/or service lines
• Builds and maintains network of colleagues and customers to share information and obtain prospects.
• Directs and prioritizes own work and possible work of others, and uses direction received from others for consultative purposes.

Essential Requirements

• Proven track record of success in business development experience with clients in key industry sector
• Solid demonstration of network relationship building across relevant South African industry
• Able to engage effectively at C level and demonstrate measurable ROI
• Sub-Saharan Africa experience is advantageous
• Position will cover South Africa and Nigeria
