Job description

Responsibilities include:

• Handling Instant Messages (IM) via website and investigating queries
• Resolving queries end-to-end
• Liaising with customers directly via the OneDayOnly IM site as well as telephonically if necessary
• Full customer service functionality, including EFT payment confirmations, order confirmations, customer resolution and follow ups
• Handling escalated queries timeously
• Supplier liaison on returns, replacements and refunds
• Courier liaison on returns, replacements and refunds
• Complaint tickets resolutions and management to full extent of resolution
• Time management of queries

Requirements / Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years customer service experience
• Minimum of 2 years customer service experience within eCommerce
• Excellent writing skills (NOT negotiable – testing will be done)
• Excellent use of grammar (NOT negotiable – testing will be done)
• Good organisational and analytical skills
• Ability to work shifts (Monday to Sunday, 07:00 to 21:00) on a rotational basis, including public holidays
• Hardworking, fast paced and all round performer
