Job Description:

• Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.
• Good understand of our product range and features, and must be able to offer alternative solutions.
• Receive and process orders in an efficient and accurate manner, as well as providing order status updates.
• Utilize inbound call opportunities to generate sales.
• Develop strong relationships with customers.  
• Identify potential customer needs/ opportunities to grow our business.
• Conduct follow up calls on a daily basis to customers who have expressed an interest in our product.
• Respond to customer emails in a professional manner.
• Follow up quotations in a timely manner to secure profitable orders.
• Solve customer problems in terms of technical solutions. 
• Keeping filing up to date.

Competencies and Experience:

• 2 Years internal sales experience needed, must have electrical knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent interpersonal skills (approachable, positive, motivated, go-getter attitude).
• Appreciation and an interest in providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to sell.
• Ability to multi task and prioritize.
• Sound computing skills, including MS word, Excel and Outlook, Sage ERP.
• Required education:   Matric or equivalent.
• BEE (Preferable Indian).
