The main missions of the role are:
- Participates in the roll-out phase for the sites of his/her region
- Ensure Retrofit activities in the region
- Performs 2nd level end-user support.
- Collects and describes local requirements from sites, elaborating functional specifications and getting them validated.
- Facilitates the establishment of priorities and the communication of decisions to the users community
- Promotes coherence and consistency of data by following KPIs.
- Ensures Continuous Improvement
- Actively contributes to improve the quality and efficiency of the SAP support chain
- Coordinates and performs specific training request
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- Solid knowledge in ERP for the Manufacturing domain.
- 3+ years overall experience in SAP, for the specific domain.
- Good business knowledge in automotive industry
- Good communication and expression skills in a international environment. Written and oral.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask. Flexibility and adaptability in work approach.
- Team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to describe and conduct the problem
- Strongly focused on delivering the results
