    IT Recruiter

    Job description

    The IT Recruiter will be a key member in delivering of the RPO to the client, working in house on the client site and will be responsible for the full end-to-end recruitment activities for permanent positions from intake discussion and advertising through to short listing and contract creation.

    You will be owning the relationship with hiring managers and candidates throughout the process and to ensure candidates being sourced mainly through direct sourcing to deliver the best candidates at all levels across all disciplines for the on-site program.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Conduct end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles.
    • Provide the best recruitment experience for all candidates from initial application to final conclusion.
    • Utilize advanced search techniques to identify candidates on databases, through networking/recommendations or via the Internet within agreed SLA timescales.
    • Creation and management of “talent pools” for frequently hired roles.
    • Directly contacting candidates to qualify interest in opportunity and encourage to apply.
    • Post roles on client career site, external sites and other media, checking wording/formatting is appropriate meets brand and format guidelines.
    • Manage any advertising responses and give feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
    • Manage offer process for successful candidates and close the requisition.
    • Maintain, develop and grow relationship with clients/stakeholders.

    REQUIRENMENTS:

    • At least 2 years id professional experience in candidate sourcing/ recruitment area.
    • Experience in IT recruitment.
    • Business standard English
    • Knowledge of RPO/ MSP process.
    • Flexible and keen to learn.
    • Results driven and adopting to change.
