Analyst at Practara

Job description

To fulfil a supporting function to colleagues in all aspects of the Practara business; from day to day activities to project consulting related work and marketing.

Project support or consulting work is generally performed in mining and related industries such as infrastructure, energy, renewables and sustainability and could entail providing inputs and generating cost and financial models, project evaluations and valuation activities relating to Concept, Pre-Feasibility and Feasibility studies. Support for EPCM and Turnkey Project teams as well as supporting colleagues in any other studies undertaken where the economic viability and strategy for the projects are being evaluated and formulated. Inputs to be provided may relate to OPEX, CAPEX and others required for Economic Evaluation, including market studies and related.

Day to day activities may entail designing business tools, implementing, reporting, and overseeing all of the firm’s systems, processes, workflows, and procedures, product marketing, accounts management etc.

Requirements:

• Minimum a BSc Hons / BEng / BCom Honours / BAccHonours / CFA
• Good working knowledge and capabilities of Microsoft Office i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint advanced Excel
