    IT Support Technician

    Job Description

    We are a well established family run and owned, ICT Services Company. Our core services has grown, to included support for all Windows Operating Systems, Windows Server, Linux, Android and Mac's.

    Support Technician Tasks:

    • Install, update, and repair software on client systems.
    • Track and monitor day-to-day performance of systems, with our RMM software.
    • Respond to requests for new or configured hardware or software.
    • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems
    • Troubleshoot networking and internet problems
    • Check client backups
    • and many more

    Salary is based on experience and expertise : between R6k - R10k

    Job Requirements:

    • Valid driver's license
    • No criminal record
    • A+ or equivalent
    • N+ or equivalent
