A fantastic opportunity is available for a Business Development Manager to join our Africa Sales Expansion team.

This role is responsible for driving the profitable growth and development of the Reckitt Benckiser business in Namibia and Botswana from South Africa, ensuring that all initiatives are consistent with the company's overall strategy, and that Reckitt Benckiser retains and consolidates its market leadership position in these countries. The Business Development Manager is to build a strong, motivated, internationally oriented and effective team capable of meeting the challenges of delivering Reckitt Benckiser growth strategy in Namibia and Botswana.

Is this You?

• Clear evidence of success in Sales Management in developing and profitably expanding business
• Good experience in marketing and brand strategy
• Good financial understanding of the P&L
• Demonstrable evidence of building, developing and leading a team of high calibre professionals
• Determined, positive and confident style, based on proven commercial success
• Has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Commerce
