    Requirements:

    •  Grade 12/Matric Certificate
    •  Hotel & Tourism qualification/Business qualification
    •  Computer literacy
    •  Accounting Knowledge
    •  Social Media Skills
    •  Copywriting/Writing Skills
    •  People Skills
    •  Communication Skills
    •  Administration Skills
    •  Team Player

    Responsibilities:

    •  Welcoming of Visitors/Front of House
    •  Organising & arranging meetings
    •  Dealing with sales enquires & providing tours of office space
    •  Managing general finances/ quotations and invoicing
    •  Setting up of new members in the office space
    •  General administration/emails
    •  Outsourcing suppliers
    •  Pioneering new ideas/uplifting office environment.
