Grade 2 Clinical Neuropsychologist with Monash Health's Mental Health Program Transitional Support Unit
About The Role
An exciting opportunity exists for a suitably skilled Grade 2 Clinical Neuropsychologist at the newly funded Transitional Support Unit (TSU) in Narre Warren South. The TSU is a 10 bed facility providing a 3-6 month stay to residents with a co-existing mental health and intellectual disability/acquired brain injury, in a therapeutic, supportive and recovery focused residential rehabilitation service.
The Clinical Neuropsychologist will work in conjunction with the multidisciplinary team in undertaking assessments, formulating care plans, behaviour support plans and fostering engagement within this program and the persons community to effect change and improve outcomes.
