    Organisational Development Specialist

    Job description

    As an organisational development specialist for FNB your role will include applying and transferring of behavioural science knowledge to the planned development, improvement and reinforcement of strategies, structures and processes that contribute to organizational effectiveness.

    Responsibilities

    Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

    • Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SME’s, project managers and senior staff members.
    • Maintain expert knowledge on relevant legislative amendments, industry best practices and provision of proactive advice and solutions to relevant stakeholders.
    • Develop a service culture which builds rewarding relationships, proposes innovations and allows others to provide exceptional client service.
    • Manage, support and integrate services and solutions as well as initiate innovations and changes needed to align them with the strategic intent of the organisation, as well as the integration with other CoE services and solutions to deliver value.
    • Contribute to enhancing and enabling the change and organisation development capacity in the business, with an emphasis on enhancing the organisation’s capacity to transform sustainably.
    • Design and facilitate integrated transformation for organisational development interventions.
    • Partner in the design, implementation and roll-out of other organisation diagnostic assessments.
    • Source, build and manage partnerships with external experts / providers.
    • Manage own development to increase own competencies.

    Requirements

    • 10 years plus experience
    • Post graduate Degree in Social Sciences/HR or equivalent
    • At least 10 years’ experience in corporate organisational development, enhancing business effectiveness, leaders, groups and individuals in a complex organisation.
    • Experience in organisational development processes, facilitation methods and coaching.
