As a consultant in the Supply Chain Design practice at SNS, you join a team that helps craft supply chain strategies for the world’s largest and most dynamic firms.

You are the face of our company. You have a strong track record in managing complex supply chain consultancies and software implementations You lead the client relationship throughout the engagement. You are in charge of a project team. You support and direct your team through advanced problem solving techniques. You have natural talents for coaching and you provide timely, on-the-job directions to your colleagues. You master the art of verbal and written communication to deliver logical, well-structured and crystal clear messages. Your passion for solving problems makes you the consultant of choice to our clients.

Main Duties

Scope, cost, deliver and manage various supply chain consulting projects including and not limited to:

• Warehouse Design studies
• Supply chain and warehouse assessment
• Network Model Design
• Feasibility Studies
• 3PL outsource consultancies
• Route planning and distribution optimization
• Manage large scale supply chain software implementations including:
• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Route Planning Systems
• Transportation Management Systems
• Demand Planning and Forecasting
• Scope, structure and lead project(s)
• Accountable for delivering client and projects on cost and on schedule
• Conduct presentations to the client
• Provide leadership, coaching and development of the team
• Ensure timely and accurate communication with senior project team throughout the life cycle of the project
• Provide regular status of project updates on deliverables to our clients
• Develop new/existing clients through conducting sales meetings and preparing business proposals

Prerequisites

• Minimum of eight (8) years of Supply Chain Consulting and Project Management related experience
• Have superior and creative problem-solving skills
• Possess excellent communication and presentation skills
• Frequent travel throughout the region
• Strong analytic and decision making abilities
• Strong understanding of logistics, warehousing, transportation, forecast planning and supply chain management
• Demonstrate project management skills and past successes, including cross organizational program management
• Able to work under pressure and willing to take on new challenges
• Strong executive presence and the ability to communicate effectively with senior leader
