Job Description

As the Accounts Payable Officer, you will be reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor and be responsible for full function accounts payable duties. Your role and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

•  Managing large creditor ledgers
•  Streamline processes
•  Processing high volume invoices
•  Reconciliations of bank and supplier accounts
•  Handling queries by internal and external stakeholders
•  Other ad hoc duties

The Successful Applicant

• To be considered successful as the Accounts Payable Officer, you will have substantial experience within full function accounts payable duties. Excellent communication skills, time management skills and attention to details is important to succeed in this role. You will be results driven and a true team player. A proven track record of JD Edwards and intermediate MS Excel skills is vital to be considered for this position
