    Key Account Sales Manager

    Purpose of the Role:

    Within the Baby Tech market, to build, manage and maintain relationships with existing international distributors, to whom we supply, and provide excellent customer support in order increase local and international market share. To investigate new markets by analysing growth potential in new countries and identifying, engaging and building good relations with new distributors within those market.

    Key Areas of Responsibility:

    • Support distributors to ensure sales are maintained in line with agreed volumes
    • Drive and support distributors to increase sales
    • Track sales and provide monthly management reports
    • Evaluate distributors’ performance and engage/replace non-performers
    • Provide customer service to distributors and, where necessary, end customers
    • Provide sales planning and forecasts
    • Manage, maintain and optimise sales processes in accordance with ISO 9001 management system
    • Work closely with Procurement, Production and Finance teams to ensure sales orders are delivered within agreed timelines and prices
    • Administer, set up and attend nominated trade and consumer exhibitions, both local and international
    • Assist Executive Management with global sales strategy
    • Work closely with the marketing team to provide solutions for increased sales

    Requirements:

    • Tertiary level business related qualification
    • At least 5 years of proven sales or key account management success in a Business to Business (B2B) environment
    • Intermediate to Advanced level spreadsheet skills (Excel / Google Sheets)
    • Driven by numbers, reports & targets
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Exposure to business contracts
    • Strong leadership skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Problem solver
    • Valid passport, own car, and be willing to travel locally & internationally
    • Experience in setting up and working at exhibitions
