We are looking for an experianced, seasoned industrial property broker to join our Gauteng team. We are a national property broking company with offices in Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, and Somerset West. Our ideal broker has 3 – 4 years experience in the Gauteng market with a proven track record.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 -4 years of industrial broking experience in the Gauteng market with a track record of consistent deal closure.
- Registered Estate Agent with the Estate Agents Affairs Board (EAAB) of South Africa
- Great communication skills (written and oral)
- Ability to sell, network and negotiate
- Must have own transport and mobile phone
