    Marketing Assistant

    Job Description

    Your responsibilities will include the following:

    • Creating informative and useful blog and website content
    • Promoting this content on social media and the web (organic and paid reach)
    • Creating, managing and updating lead magnets
    • Creating and implementing relevant email marketing campaigns and sales funnels
    • Responding to sales-related enquiries and nurturing resultant leads
    • In-person meetings with potential customers
    • On-boarding administration and paperwork
    • Assist with guest check-ins when there is overflow
    • You are perfect for Superhost if:
    • You are friendly and outgoing with a strong customer service orientation.
    • You are neat and professional (no ties needed but nothing that will scare people off).
    • You can communicate confidently and professionally in English (preferably first language)
    • You are punctual and reliable.
    • You are a self-starter. You do not need someone to tell you what to do or someone to check up on you. You take ownership and get the job done.
    • You have strong attention to detail, and the ability to switch between the big picture and detail. You can follow instructions where they exist but can operate within some uncertainty.
    • You are a goal-orientated problem solver and can think on your feet. You can identify problems, collect relevant information and present solutions when needed.
    • You are young and hungry, eager to learn and ready to hustle.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Experience in sales / marketing
    • Interest in the hospitality industry
    • Strong copywriting skills and excellent grammar / written English
    • A pro at using Microsoft Office and Google Drive
    • BONUS: Experience with Wordpress, Leadpages, Hubspot CRM
    • You have your own vehicle and are willing to use it for work.

    Fine Print:

    • We do not keep office hours as this is a 24/7/365 business. While you will always have at least two days off a week, these won’t always be Saturday and Sunday.
    • Reimbursement of work-related travel expenses. (based on AA rates and detailed logs).
    • Reimbursement of parking fees (though typically free parking is available).
    • Reimbursement of cell phone calls (itemized billing required).
    • We are a startup so this is an initial 3 month contract but ideally we would like to find someone who can grow within the business into the foreseeable future.
