Internal Sales Representative at Bearings 2000

Job Description

Bearings 2000 requires a Low to Mid level internal sales representative. Based in the Maitland office you will be working closely with management to provide customers with a high level of service in terms of dealing with their enquiries and orders in a prompt and professional manner.

All necessary sales tools and training will be provided, and the company’s sales process and structures will be adhered to including regularly updating the CRM system with activities such as quotation follow ups, curtesy calls and product promotions.

Responsibilities of the position:

• Dealing with customer enquiries via phone, email and fax
• Quoting customers promptly and accurately
• Order processing
• Liaising with logistics department to ensure orders delivered when promised
• Problem solving
• Promoting all product ranges to existing customers
• Achieve sales and activity targets

Education: Matric Certificate

Experience: 2-5 years experience in customer service in any industry.
