Job Purpose:

To co-ordinate applications associated with the monitoring of the repair/replacement of automotive parts (tyres) for a variety of classes and types of vehicles, plant and equipment.

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Co-ordinates resource requirements to support operational outcomes detailed in the work programme and agreed service delivery objectives.
• Co-ordinates and controls tasks/activities associated with controlling personnel performance, productivity and discipline.
• Monitors the execution of service related applications associated with the Tyre Workshop.
• Monitors systems and interventions associated with addressing complaints.
• Performs specific administrative tasks/activities associated with the reporting of activity related information and maintenance of records.

Essential Requirements:

• Trade tested Artisan (Mechanical).
• Valid motor vehicle driver’s licence (Code EB).
• 3 Years relevant experience.
• Computer Literacy.

Preferred Requirements:

4 years relevant experience in a mechanical workshop environment or Tyre Fitment Workshop.
