    Financial Accountant

    Job description

    Essential Responsibilities

    • Bank payment (once/twice per week), including payment for EPC and LED operations.
    • Invoice collection and LED payment approval process.
    • Bank payment summary (Excel) and filing.
    • Credit Card management
    • Petty Cash reconsolidation with HR department
    • Bank payment and bank receipt allocation
    • Accounts payable and Accruals, month end closing
    • Bank reconsolidation.
    • Monthly Travel report and logistic analysis to HQ.
    • Monthly budget preparation and Actual analysis to HQ
    • Daily Bank transactions and balance report
    • Weekly and Monthly Cash Flow report
    • Expenses reimbursement check_25th or 26th of Calendar month
    • Payroll payment run_28th of calendar month
    • Quarterly VAT return
    • Monthly EC Sales, Intrastate returns

    Must have requirements

    • Minimum 3 years financial accountant experiences
    • Qualified or part -qualified ACCA Accountant
    • Stronger communication skills in Mandarin and English
