    Finance Director

    Job description

    The FD Centre South Africa is seeking confident, dynamic, entrepreneurial spirited, savvy individuals to join a large Property Group for the following PERMANENT positions:

    • A Finance Director based in Johannesburg. Must be CA (SA) qualified with at least 15 years experience with 5 years at senior financial executive level. Must have good leadership qualities with knowledge of SA statutory requirements and tax regimes; financial structuring of deals, capital raising and experience dealing with major banking and financial institutions
    • A Finance Director based in Cape Town. Must be CA (SA) qualified with 10 years' experience post articles. Exco level or similar experience necessary. Handling of large projects, (construction or otherwise) is important.
    • A Financial Manager based in Cape Town. Must be B.Com Finance / CA (SA) qualified. Property related courses / diplomas advantageous.
