Job Objective:
The objective of the Territory Sales Manager is to optimise the sales of LPG in the area by providing quality customer service and increasing customer satisfaction in a profitable and safe manner.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Grade 12 qualification, preferably with relevant tertiary qualification (Marketing or Technical).
- Two years’ gas sales experience.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Customer centric individual. Computer literate (Microsoft Office).

- Effectively manage time in order to generate maximum positive bottom line impact in line with the business strategy in the region.
- Develop new or incremental volumes to grow the volume base of territory by establishing a system that develops / generates leads;
- Identify and assess leads to identify new business opportunities;
- Securing effective distribution of Easigas products in the area by maintaining good relationships with the distributor and their staff.
- Achieving and exceeding individual business objectives/targets as well as supporting the team to achieve overall team objectives.
- Ensuring that all projects and tasks assigned by management are met on time and in full. Forecasting annual activity by estimating the new business that needs to be generated from existing customers in portfolio and new customers in order to achieve targets.
- Required to develop and maintain an excellent understanding of the key customers / target markets to ensure that their needs are being met and that their business is retained.
- Liaise with the Regional Sales Manager in terms of forecasting sales targets and ensuring they are met.
