Job description
The role of the Analytics Reporting and insights specialist will be to manage Web Analytics via online analytics tools to understand Flight Centre Travel Groups’ customer behavior. It will be essential that the business requirements are translated and implemented into analytical specifications. There must clear, effective and open channels of communications within the area. Communicating insights from data to all stakeholders Manage Web Analytics via online analytics tools to understand customer behavior Implement technology to enable the team to perform Translate business requirements into analytical implementation specifications Implementation of vendor analytic tags through tag management tool Build Analytic reports to assist the business i.e. Sales Funnel, Dashboards and Ad Hoc reporting Manage Web Analytics via online analytics tools to understand customer behavior Implement technology to enable the team to perform Translate business requirements into analytical implementation specifications Implementation of vendor analytic tags through tag management tool Build Analytic reports to assist the business i.e. Sales Funnel, Dashboards and Ad Hoc reporting 3 – 4 years experience Experience in analytics and reporting in the E commerce space
