Participate in scoping, design, development and implementation of client solutions based on Microsoft SharePoint, Office365 and other web technologies as required

Test and document client solutions

Provide user and technical support for client solutions, including monitoring the support desk

Develop and manage client support processes

Provide internal support for PC’s and other office equipment

Knowledge-sharing, mentorship and training of other members of the technical team

Research and implement new technologies based on the company’s Technology Roadmap
