    Finance Manager

    Job description

    Kwesé TV is the redefinition of broadcasting in Africa, taking audiences Beyond TV. We are looking to hire a Finance Manager; the purpose of the role is to provide and report on regional level for all entities in the Free to Air (FTA) environment as well as analysis on entities.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Preparing revenue annual and quarterly forecast and budgets for FTA
    • Consolidating FTA forecasts, budgets and monthly reporting
    • Co-ordinating month end deliverables
    • Operational Analysis monthly
    • Ad hoc analysis and assisting FTA Financial Controller with business requirements
    • Reviewing month end reports for all segments in business
    • Staff training on Sage and Hyperion
    • Bad debt reviews and collections

    Requirements:

    • BCom Hons / CA(SA) / CIMA
    • Minimum three years post articles experience in FM role
    • Africa experience preferred
    • Advanced Excel, Pivot table, VLOOKUP, Macros non-negotiable
    • Previous Sage and Hyperion experience preferable
    • Previous media industry experience advantage
    • Strong tax and transfer pricing knowledge advantageous
