Limited Duration Contract from 14.8.2017 - 22.12.2017.

Honeydew Area.

Responsible for the preparation, processing and maintaining the accurate and on time delivery of weekly payroll processes, as well as associated service delivery to employees.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and efficient first point of contact for employees regarding weekly wages, queries and problems.
• Provide professional and efficient first point of contact for employees regarding Company benefits, BCEA queries, MEIBC queries and general administration of these funds. Only exceptions are passed on further to HRBP.
• Maintaining personnel files
• Maintaining employee leave records on all computerised systems
• Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork.
• Providing information to supervisors and co-workers, by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
• Confidentiality to maintained at all times

Qualifications and experience required:

• Grade 12
• 2 years experience in manufacturing with good knowledge of MEIBC
• VIP Premier a must
