Customer Advocate at AppCentrix

Job description

• The Customer Advocate will report to the Chief Commercial Officer and form part of the sales team for Smart ICT.
• You will be the primary customer communications channel and the pivotal point of contact with customer technical teams.
• You will be the key AppCentrix representative in customer engagements, working to ensure customer satisfaction and improve our footprint and coverage within a customer.
• You will be responsible for providing feedback to the greater AppCentrix team, across sales and technical, and ensuring that the company meets customer expectations and keeps within the scope of its agreed contract.
• You will represent AppCentrix in customer Sev 1 and Sev 2 (or other technical required) situations and will act as a medium between AppCentrix Engineers and Customer.
