Key responsibilities:

• Value Plus monthly, weekly and the complex daily accounts that requires additional tasks to be performed
• BA International debtors book management
• Check each batch entry –ensure that no capturing mistakes occurred.
• Compile Forex documentation
• Identification of bank payments – daily
• Issue journals
• Back order Management
• Capturing of payment batches
• Reconciliation of debtors accounts
• Report on credit limits exceeded
• Reaching monthly targets
• Daily follow up of outstanding accounts
• Maintain good customer relations
• Reaching monthly targets
• Stand-in in the absence of Credit Manager
• Assess and open new customer accounts in absence of credit manager
• Debtors Masterfile changes in absence of credit manager
