ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Project management responsibilities include delivering every project on time within budget and scope. You should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis. You are skilled at getting the best out of the people and projects that you oversee. You thrive when planning projects and working with project teams.

International travel is required to implement global projects in Africa, Asia & Europe. You would receive a remuneration package that would be commensurate with your experience. The remuneration would be structured as a basic monthly cost to company.

Key responsibilities:

• Effective project management to efficiently drive and deliver projects that meet critical success criteria.
• Collaborate with multiple internal teams to consistently achieve high levels of project quality and speed of delivery.
• Work closely with the technical teams to manage project timelines, risks and resourcing.
• Manage and foster effective relationships with key stakeholders through clear, consistent communication and collaboration.
• Simplify, standardise and automate key project processes and documentation.
• Use specialist project management skills to measure and report on outcomes, share insights and implement iterative solutions.
• Use agile principles to foster continuous improvement in the execution of implementation projects.
• Apply key learnings and provide feedback loops to improve effectiveness and speed of future projects
• Create, record, update and maintain critical project documentation.
