Job description:

• Compiling property information packs for distribution to brokers
• Updating the Vacancy Schedule for distribution to brokers
• Management of social media accounts – Facebook and LinkedIn
• Updating the company website –
• Backend management
• Uploading of vacancy schedules and respective information packs
• Property24 advert management
• Updating management presentations when requested
• Assisting Director with property information, sending electronic lease and sales documents
• Ensuring efficient keeping of electronic and hard copy files
• Booking flights and accommodation and generally assisting Director.
• Ensuring steady stock of office stationery
• General office shopping and management
• Education and courses will be encouraged to increase property knowledge and therefore increase responsibility in the role.
