Operations Manager at Summit Financial Partners

Job description

Summit is looking at appointing an Operations Manager to oversee projects with white collar clients.

The responsibilities of the role include:

• Develop, maintain and nurture Onsite relationships (typically on an operational level)
• Translates programme objectives into measurable targets.
• Manage the onsite consultants on a day to day basis
• Coordinate onsite strategies regarding marketing, training, utilisation, conversions, etc.
• Liaise with internal work streams about operational matters
• Onsite problem solving and trouble shooting
• Manage all Quality Assurance requirements to ensure employees receive the right solution at the right time
• Training of the onsite consultants on processes, conversations etc
• Improve/redesign current onsite engagement processes.

• Excellent ability to manage self and to work independently
• Proven skills to manage a team
• Good planning and organising skills
• Good understanding and knowledge of the NCA, DC and the lending environment
• Willingness to travel and work away from home when required
• The ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders at various levels of a business

Minimum Requirements:

• Post Matric qualification in a related field
• A minimum of 5 years related work experience
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a management position
• Previous experience in the financial services or related industry will be an advantage
• A valid driver’s licence and own transport
