Key Competencies

• Extensive recruitment experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Mining sectors
• Previous experience with a Recruitment/Contractual manpower entity’s
• Previous Experience and Knowledge of recruiting in the African Markets is advantageous

Functional Competencies

• Manage the businesses recruitment needs
• Ensure recruitment targets are being meet
• Ensure Account Managers and Consultants are receiving the correct resources
• Manage the Candidate pre-employment checks
• Manage the company’s database and recruitment portals
