Accounting Clerk at Workonline Communications

We are looking for an Accounting Clerk to join our Finance Department.

Salary Bracket: R 30 000 – R 40 000 p/m

Minimum experience and education requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in accounting field outside articles
• Bcom/Honours in Accounting or Financial Management

 Skills Required:

• Medium Level of Excel – must be able to do Pivot Tables, formulas, graphs
• Must be able to prepare budgets for approval
• Must be able to do transaction processing
• Xero Accounting System knowledge
• Must be able to prepare VAT reconciliations
• Knowledge of Taxation Laws
• Knowledge of Corporate Governance requirements
• Creditors Reconciliations
• Bank Reconciliations
• Must be able to assist with Forecasting and Cashflows

• Be able to think outside the box
• Must be able to work under pressure
• Honest and reliable
• Must have attention to detail
• No clock watchers
• Must be able to work in a team
