    Analyst Systems Level 3

    Job Description

    • Analysis of new business requirements and translating them to system technical and non-functional requirements
    • Design systems, interfaces, features and new technologies to meet business goals
    • Ensure functional and non-functional performance of systems according to the needs of the business
    • Design system analysis practices, methodologies and tools.
    • Participate in development of functionality by authorising Business System Requirement Specifications (BSRS) document containing requirements, system use cases, process flows, data flows etc. reviewing changes and monitoring improvements. 


    Qualifications

    • Analytical Thinking - Advanced (Meets all of the requirements)
    • Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas - Physical, Mathematical, Computer and Life Sciences, Digital affinity (Exceeds the requirements)
    • Enabling team success (Meets all of the requirements)
    • Experience in a similar environment at management level, IT Systems (Meets all of the requirements)
    • Leading people - Leadership level (Meets all of the requirements)
    • Openness to change (Meets some of the requirements and would need further development)
    • Results orientation (Meets all of the requirements)
