Sales Innovator
Give brokers new, creative and relevant sales ideas, thereby assisting them to align the sales concept with the client needs.To achieve this, you will need to have a strong business orientation in order to fully understand the broker’s practice and to link the Old Mutual offerings back into their practice using an innovative approach.
Campaign Driver
Know brokers’ practices intimately and co-create appropriate campaigns for their clients.You will make use of the internal systems and offerings that form a toolbox from which you will assist the brokers in putting together targeted campaigns.
Knowledge Coach
Have excellent knowledge of OM products, competitor products, relevant legislation and the industry and link this information to brokers’ needs and use it as a revenue generating opportunity.
Ambassador
Always proudly promote the Old Mutual brand and act as a buffer between brokers and service-related problems.This means that even in a challenging environment you will need to maintain your role as the Old Mutual brand ambassador.
Administrator
Work in partnership with Distribution Admin Support to ensure that all administrative issues are dealt with proactively and smoothly, whilst keeping brokers informed at all times.In order to achieve this, you will need to build a strong partnership with the administrative arm of the business so that you are able to work as a team to achieve sales targets and provide good service to the brokers.
Co-ordinator
Use resources, networks, systems and practices to ensure that a seamless service is rendered to the broker to support the sale . You will need to understand the interface with other areas such as product and service providers, in order to use the network to ensure that seamless service is rendered.
Portfolio
This is a brand new portfolio. The successful candidate will be required to build this portfolio from the ground up. Ideally this will suit an experienced Consultant that has the ability to recruit and vest Brokers into Old Mutual. You will be given the necessary support and training as well as being mentored by existing BAM’s and your Area Manager.
