    Business Generation Consultant

    RIB CCS specialises in software solutions for construction and engineering industries – developed by contractors, for contractors to provide real-time information helping you make informed decisions at the right time and at the right level for better results.

    The Business Generation Consultant’s primary focus is lead generation through contacting prospective customers.
    The Business Generation Consultant is responsible for identifying new opportunities, proactively prospecting and nurturing new and existing customers to generate interest in RIB CCS products, more specifically our Candy Solution.

    Responsibilities:  

    • Achieving agreed targets pertaining to sales on Candy licences, Candy Master Templates and Candy training.
    • Achieving daily required customer interaction volumes.
    • Responding to prospect enquiries within the agreed timeframe.
    • Nurturing long-term prospects via scheduled follow up contact.
    • Targeted cold-calling to identified contacts.
    • Tracking and progressing of opportunities through the sales cycle on Salesforce.
    • Driving event attendance at user seminars and follow up of leads generated.
    • Contacting leads generated at exhibitions and trade shows.
    • Actively following up proposals and quotes sent to prospects.
    • Maintaining agreed lead and opportunity conversion rates.
    • Building and nurturing own database of future prospects and contacts.
    • Keeping all accounts and opportunities up to date via Salesforce.
    • Research new market opportunities and actively engage prospects.

    Qualification and experience:

    • Grade 12 (Matric) certificate or equivalent.
    • Sales of software and/or IT related services a must.
    • Construction industry experience a bonus.
