    Cloud Sales Director

    Job Profile

    You have an affinity in consulting for complex IT transformations and you are passionate about technology. You have a strong link with today’s business challenges and can easily connect that with technology.

    As Country Sales Director, you will maximize company revenue by developing, executing and managing our cloud agency sales function. You will have the opportunity to recruit and build a competent, rational, analytical and motivated sales team. You will be fully responsible for your team’s time, activity, and efficiency in achieving their sales targets.

    The ideal candidate for this role will have the following attributes:

    • B / BSc degree and 10-15 years ICT Sales experience (Pre-Sales or Sales) with at least 8 years Sales Management experience of at least 10 sales professionals;
    • Proven track record of successful B2B Sales Management in large, complex and consultative IT sales environmentsand opening new buying centers;
    • Comfortable (& past experience) in carrying revenue targets, sales quotas and sales discipline of book/bill/collect;
    • Experience in strategic planning, business plans execution and managing your income statement;
    • Ability to build and manage a sales team and steer them to achieve the overall target set
    • Ability to manage and motivate a team is required
    • Proven C-Level sales experience
    • Knowledge on public cloud platforms, preferably AWS with AWS accreditations and/or certifications would be an added advantage.
    • Must be self-driven, motivated, innovative and a strong team leader.
