Conduct Compliance and Culture- Assistant Vice President

• If you want to be the “Conduct Compliance and Culture- Assistant Vice President” in our Compliance Advisory Department, Compliance Risk Management Group of Audit Committee and if you are willing to work in a global company with flexible hours in casual dress-code every day, and in flexible places two days a week in our Maslak Headquarters,
• If you think you have most of the following qualifications;
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Economics, Business Administration, Law, Banking & Finance, International Relations or other relevant fields to today’s finance and banking sector
• +4 years of experience in compliance, legal, audit or other risk related matters, preferably superior problem solving and excellent oral/written communication skills (Regulatory or Compliance background a plus)

Excellent risk management skills

• Excellent influencing, facilitation, and partnering skills. Ability to build strong internal and external networks
• Exceptional writing skills, with ability to synthesize complex concepts and translate into effective presentations to external regulators and Senior Executives
• Preferably, working knowledge in a broad range of risk management disciplines including credit, market, Compliance and operational risks.
• Strong attention to detail, willingness to "roll up sleeves"; ability to work under pressure and tireless work ethic
• Good at communication, team work and collaboration
• Advanced level of verbal and written English and Turkish

If you think you may take charge of the following responsibilities;

• Ensure to identify, manage, report and escalate compliance risks and execute the activities aimed at mitigating the Compliance risks.
• Ensure to implement, prepare and update the policies, procedures and guidelines of Compliance Risk Management and fulfill the roles and responsibilities specified in these.
• Responsible for the roll-out, execution, uniformity and follow-ups of the risk-specific Risk Assessments (effective risk management) within the Bank.
• Promote the establishment of a compliance risk culture within the Bank.
• Provide advice to the Bank's Senior Management and business lines related to Compliance risks.
• Work in coordination with business units and risk units during the assessment of business processes, products and related documents in terms of compliance risks and advising to take required actions to mitigate the compliance risks.
• Ensure to provide necessary reports and escalations regarding compliance risks.
• Conduct training, awareness and communication activities related to compliance risks.
• Provide support and consultancy related to compliance risks to subsidiaries compliance officers.
• Support the Compliance QA team to execute the KCTs, acting as a Subject Matter Expert where needed.
