    Credit Risk Control Unit Vice President

    • If you want to be the “Credit Risk Control Vice President” in our Financial Risk Management team knowing that you will be responsible for credit risk, modelling; development, monitoring and maintenance of regulatory models with a team of modelers to integrate global modelling standards in-line with local requirements;

    If you think you have most of the following qualifications;

    • Bachelor’s degree (preferably from Economics, Statistics, Financial Mathematics, Applied Mathematics or similar fields)
    • +7 years related experience with +2 years team management & leadership experience
    • Effective team leader with strong coaching, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
    • Strong data, analytical and problem solving skills
    • Knowledge and experience in below topics:
    • Credit risk related model development
    • Credit impairments (IFRS 9 Expected Credit Losses)
    • Credit risk management processes across the credit life cycle
    • Credit risk regulations

    If you think you may take charge of the following responsibilities;

    • Adding value to the team and processes with leadership skills and technical expertise
    • Management of the IRB program within the bank
    • Development/ monitoring of IFRS 9 models for related customer segments
    • Ownership / development / revision/ monitoring of the internal IRB PD, LGD and EAD models across related customer segments.
    • Designing, gathering, putting into practice and participating in the process of giving acceptance of the risk measurement models
    • Taking role in enhancing the internal rating systems and assessing the design, decision making, implementation and performance monitoring.
    • Managing the risk appetite setting, monitoring and follow up for remedial actions when necessary
    • Driving employee engagement and organizational health plans to strengthen culture, coaching
